Stonehedge Horticultural Alliance is active during all seasons. Below you will find a brief summary of what we provide during each month of the year.

January-February

Our team returns shortly after the new year to begin preparation for Spring. Stonehedge Landworks Installation and Maintenance divisions will continue with the ongoing schedules, while Stonehedge Nursery begins Spring planning, organization and location upgrades as needed. Now is the time to schedule an appointment for your Spring project!

March -Mother's Day

Weather determines when our first load of spring seasonal color arrives. Stonehedge Nursery staff stocks fertilizers, insecticides, and herbicides so you are able to get a head start on the pests of the season. Our vendors provide early season vegetables, ferns and the first shrub trucks will start to arrive. When the threat of frost deteriorates, you can find a wide variety of seasonal color. This includes begonias, vinca, imatients, coleus, lantana. and petunias just to name a few.

Hanging baskets featuring some of the season's top sellers and large mixed baskets are perfect for Mother's Day.

As peek season hits, installation crews are at full capacity and maintenance crews begin weekly visits for our standard maintenance clients, as well as installation of Spring seasonal color and mulching additions to maintenance packages. Irrigation system checks and start ups are scheduled during this time.

September- November

Before the first chill is in the air, Stonehedge begins decorating for fall. Stonehedge Nursery offers pumpkins in many sizes and colors. From decorative needs to the perfect jack-o-lantern for carving, cornstalks, straw bales, mums, pansies, violas, cabbage, kale, and mustard. We've got what you need for your fall collections. Fall is the perfect time for planting! Installation crews focus highly on plantings during this season. Maintenance crews begin leaf debris removal, Fall seasonal color rotation and mulching additions to maintenance packages.

Thanksgiving- December 24th

The week of Thanksgiving, the nursery air fills with the smells of fresh Fraser fir and white pine. With our friendly staff striving to bring the joys of the season to our facilities, a visit to Stonehedge for Christmas wreaths, garland and that perfect tree is a memorable experience for the whole family.

As Winter approaches, it is highly suggested that clients call to schedule irrigation shut downs.
